Welcome to the EmpowerED Program! We are thrilled to embark on this journey with you. Anne, co-founder of the program, has extensive experience as a Program Analyst for Child Welfare Services, lead trainer for Foster Care, ILP and FKCE programs. Dwayne, also a co-founder of The EmpowerED Program, is a former foster youth with decades of experience as a lead trainer and coach. We look forward to this transformative and exciting collaboration!

The Next Step Coaching Program is a pivotal component of the EmpowerED Program, a comprehensive initiative tailored to the unique needs of foster youth. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, we aim to provide personalized support in academic success, life skills development, emotional well-being, career exploration, financial literacy, and community engagement. Our program is not just about achieving goals; it's about fostering resilience, building connections, and creating a pathway to success in both college and beyond.
